Starting at the very beginning of any size project we offer services in design and coordination, budget pricing, competitive pricing, and estimating. Upon award of an active project we immediately begin the process of plan review, coordination, and scheduling for a full submittal package for architectural review, if required.
Once the project scope and requirements have been agreed upon, we begin the coordination process with the customer’s project supervisors to schedule the delivery requirements to meet all critical dates. With our own in-house welders, we are able to guarantee on-time delivery of all frame components, and react to any unseen circumstances that may arise.
While waiting for all materials to arrive, we coordinate with project supervision for all related layout and coordination, such as blocking and wiring needs for our scope. As materials arrive we verify quantities and tag individual items for specific openings. Upon verification of all materials we coordinate with the customer’s supervision team for a job site delivery.
Often, we contract to use our own experienced
in-house installers to perform the professional installation of all the
JBT Enterprises supplied materials.
(Our goal is to have our name and
trade not included on any punch list for any reason.)
Upon completion of a project we work with the
customer to coordinate all closeout documents and materials that may be
required.

When you buy the complete package from JBT ENTERPRISES, INC. you will see your JBT project coordinator on site, and odds are they will be doing some installation.
